Overview general conditions

We are keen that you as a customer should be satisfied with us and our products, therefore we have extended our refund and return policy which is valid for 30 days, which is thus double the statutory 14 days. This is so that you feel extra secure with your purchase.

Shipping and return policy

The shipping options are PostNord (delivery point SEK 69 or home delivery SEK 99) DHL (delivery point SEK 69) Instabox (parcel locker SEK 49 and home delivery SEK 99) Budbee (parcel locker SEK 49 and home delivery SEK 99) We offer free shipping to the delivery point and delivery locker if the amount on the order exceeds SEK 500 and home delivery if the amount exceeds SEK 1500.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Redemptions are always made to the same means of payment that was used in the transaction. The product must then be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Refund to be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We replace goods if they are defective or damaged according to the complaints rules for each country.

Shipping returns

Return shipping is paid for by the sender but is subsidized by FoodEcoBox with approx. 75% compared to buying the corresponding shipping yourself. This is handled by us sending out a shipping note to your email and a deduction for this is made on the refund. The deduction for shipping differs depending on the cost of the products, which also reflects the weight. Returns for values ​​below an amount of SEK 1,500 are deducted SEK 99 and amounts exceeding SEK 1,500 are instead deducted for SEK 199. When exchanging products, there is no charge, however, a maximum of once per order applies.
