Overview general conditions

We are keen that you as a customer should be satisfied with us and our products, therefore we have extended our refund and return policy which is valid for 30 days, which is thus double the statutory 14 days. This is so that you feel extra secure with your purchase.

Freight

Within Sweden: We offer free shipping to the delivery point and delivery cabinet if the amount of the order exceeds SEK 500 within Sweden. The shipping options are PostNord (delivery point SEK 69 or home delivery SEK 99) DHL (delivery point SEK 69).

Within the EU: Shipping outside Sweden always takes place with DHL to the delivery point at a cost of €10. Free shipping if the value of the order exceeds €100.

Returns

If, against the odds, you wish to return your order, you do so by contacting us at hello@foodecobox.com to register a possible return. State the order number and any reason. Redemptions are always made to the same means of payment that was used in the transaction. The product must then be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Refund to be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

As we want to encourage sustainable consumption, the return is paid by the buyer. If the package is not collected, the order is returned within 30 days and the shipping costs are deducted for a total of SEK 150 according to the standard.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@foodecobox.com.

Exchanges

We replace goods if they are defective or damaged according to the complaints rules for each country.
